Founded by Tokey Mitchell, a passionate entrepreneur and advocate for holistic wellness, the company is deeply rooted in resilience, self-discovery, and healing. After honorably serving her country in the military, Tokey faced the challenges of transitioning to civilian life while navigating the complexities of a PTSD diagnosis. Drawing from her personal journey, she created Tokey’s Treats to provide women, especially those recovering from trauma, with a path to reconnect with their bodies and reclaim their sense of well-being.

The inspiration for Tokey’s Treats began with a profoundly transformative moment in Tokey’s healing journey. One day, seeking solace and a way to channel her emotions, she baked her very first cookie. With no prior experience in baking or running a business, Tokey unknowingly took the first steps to reclaim her life and, symbolically, her cookie. That simple yet powerful act of self-love not only helped her rediscover her own strength but also laid the foundation for a larger mission to inspire and empower others.

What began as a personal journey blossomed into two unique ventures: Tokey’s Treats, a bakery offering six irresistible cookie flavors, and Cookie Secrets, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women through intimate and transformative experiences.
